These terms govern your use of khushsra.com, operated by 1896116 Ontario Ltd., operating as Khush Sra (“Khush Sra”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
2. Our content
We own or license all content on this website, including text, graphics, design and software. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, show in public, copy for commercial purposes, edit or redistribute our content, except content we offer for sharing, such as our newsletter.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use this website in any way that damages it or affects its availability, or for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose. You may not upload or transmit malicious software, scrape or collect data from the site by automated means, or use the site for marketing purposes without our written consent.
4. Quizzes, forms and AI tools
When you complete a quiz, assessment or form on our website, you agree that we may collect and use your answers, including health information, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes processing by AI tools our team uses to summarize, organize and analyze information. Calls you book with us may be recorded and transcribed by an AI note-taker. Quiz results, overview sheets and any content generated with AI are educational, may contain errors, and are not medical advice. Please don’t rely on them in place of advice from your healthcare provider.
5. Programs and purchases
If you buy a program, coaching package or other paid service, the separate agreement you accept at purchase also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement governs the program.
6. Health information
Our website, services and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss; any business loss, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts or goodwill; any loss or corruption of data; or any loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where the website and its content are provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage.

This Privacy Policy explains how 1896116 Ontario Ltd., operating as Khush Sra (“Khush Sra”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use khushsra.com and our services. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy. Questions? Contact us at support@khushsra.com.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone and mailing address.
- Health information you choose to share: quiz and assessment answers, symptoms, cycle details, diagnoses, history and goals.
- Calls and messages: calls may be recorded and transcribed by an AI note-taker, and emails, texts and social media messages you send us.
- Program and purchase records: coaching notes, supplement recommendations and products bought. Payment processors handle your card details; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Website data: IP address, pages visited, and device and browser type, collected through cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use it
We use your information to give you your results, tag your contact record so the emails and offers you receive match your answers, prepare for and follow up on calls, deliver your program, process payments, send messages you’ve agreed to receive, and improve our programs.
Health information is sensitive. We collect it only with your express consent at the form or quiz where you share it. We never sell it, share it with advertisers or use it to target ads. Tags based on your answers are used only within our own systems.
3. AI tools
Our team uses AI tools to summarize quiz answers, record, transcribe and summarize calls through an AI note-taker, draft replies, spot trends across responses, and create overview sheets from your answers.
Overview sheets are created automatically and are not individually reviewed by our team. They give general educational guidance only, never dosages or specific recommendations, and are not medical advice. AI tools do not decide your eligibility for a program, your pricing or your care.
We only use AI providers whose business terms prohibit them from training their models on our data. Where practical, we remove names and contact details before analyzing responses in bulk. If you’d prefer your information not be processed with AI, email support@khushsra.com and we’ll explain what that means for the services we can provide.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it: our CRM, email and texting platforms, AI providers, call recording and video tools, our client portal, our supplement dispensary, payment processors, and analytics and advertising tools (website activity only, never your health information or quiz answers). A list of our current providers is available on request.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.
Several of our providers store data outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
5. Emails and texts
We send marketing emails and texts only with your consent, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Unsubscribe using the link in any email or reply STOP to any text. You’ll still receive messages about programs or purchases you’re enrolled in.
6. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
7. Security and retention
Access to your information is limited to team members and contractors who need it, all bound by confidentiality, and our providers use encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
We keep information about people who haven’t purchased for 3 years after last contact, client records for 7 years after your program ends, and call recordings for 2 years. After that we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent (which may limit what we can provide). Email support@khushsra.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
US residents, including those in states with consumer health data laws such as Washington and Nevada, can request access to or deletion of their health data and a list of the providers we’ve shared it with at the same address.
9. Data breaches
If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we’ll notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as feasible.
10. Age
Our website and services are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We’ll post updates here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects information we already hold, we’ll email you before it applies.
